Vegas on Wheels started in 1999 when William Finn, an entrepreneur, decided to turn his hobby into a business. Starting with just 15 casino-grade blackjack tables, the company has expanded its offerings. Now include an array of Vegas-style games such as Roulette, Craps, and Poker.
In 2008, Dylan Finn joined the team. Bringing fresh energy and a commitment to making every customer’s casino party experience memorable. In 2022, Alyssa Finn joined the family business as the office manager. She strives to make every customer experience remarkable.

How does a casino party work?
Vegas on Wheels will set up before the casino party night begins. When your guests arrive, they will be given a Casino Players Card. This will represent “Funny Money” (we recommend $500- $1000) which they can exchange at any casino table for chips. Throughout the event, your guests will be able to move freely between tables with our cash-out vouchers.
At the end party, our professional dealers will add up the total number of chips and will give each guest a cash voucher. You can use this cash-out voucher for things like raffle tickets. Or the prizes can go to the winners with the highest amount of chips at the end of the night.
How long does an event last?
The average party lasts for three hours. There is an additional charge for every hour after that per dealer.
Do you play with real money?
No, we don't use real money at the tables. Guests get fake money or chips to play games. We make the casino experience feel real, so players try to win as much as they can. You can play just for fun or compete for prizes, depending on the type of event you're hosting.
What happens if someone doesn't know how to play?
Our dealers are all friendly and trained professionals. Our staff aims to entertain your guests and teach players of all skill levels about the game. This ensures that everyone learns, has fun, and experiences the festive casino night atmosphere.

How long does it take to set up?
It all depends on location, venue, and how many tables you have requested to determine the amount of time for set up. Vegas on Wheels will be set up before your guest's arrival.
On average, set up can take up to 15 minutes per table. After the casino party night, our staff will break down all of our equipment quickly and discreetly. For an additional cost, our staff will wait till all of your guests have left to break down.
Are Casino Party's Legal?
Yes, casino parties are legal. It's all for fun, with no real gambling involved.
Vegas on Wheels is strictly an entertainment company and you are hiring us for casino night entertainment services. Your guests wager with casino chips and you will have the choice as the host if you would like them to win prizes at the end. There is no monetary requirement for them to participate. People of all ages are welcome to play.
