4 Months Out: Finalize venue layout, confirm catering or bar options, and lock in AV/photo booth add-ons. Launch early promotional teasers on email and social media.

3 Months Out: Launch ticket sales, post-event online, and push sponsorship outreach heavily. Begin weekly committee check-ins. Order early signage and print materials.

2 Months Out: Collect auction items, organize raffles, and promote ticket sales through partners, schools, churches, and social pages. Confirm volunteer schedule.
