Starting with just 15 casino-grade blackjack tables, the company has expanded its offerings. Now include an array of Vegas-style games such as Roulette, Poker, and Craps. In 2008, Dylan Finn joined the team. Bringing fresh energy and a commitment to making every customer’s casino party experience memorable. In 2022, Alyssa Finn joined the family business as the office manager. She strives to make every customer experience remarkable.

How does a casino party work?
Vegas on Wheels arrives early to set up all tables and equipment before your event starts. When guests arrive, they get a Casino Player’s Card with “funny money” (usually $500–$1000). They can use this card to get chips at any table. Guests can move between games and cash out their chips for vouchers. At the end of the night, these vouchers can be used for raffle entries, prizes, or just for fun; it’s your choice!
How long does a casino event last?
Our events usually last about three hours. We find that’s the perfect time for fun and excitement. If you want to keep the party going, you can add extra time for an hourly fee per dealer.
Do you play with real money?
No, all games use fake money or chips, so no real gambling happens. It’s all about the fun. Whether guests play for prizes or just for fun, everyone enjoys the excitement of a real casino without any risk.
How far in advance should I book?
For corporate casino parties and fundraisers, we recommend booking 2-3 months in advance, especially for popular dates like holidays and weekends. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests. Please contact us to check availability.
