Vegas on Wheels started in 1999 when William Finn, an entrepreneur, decided to turn his hobby into a business. Starting with just 15 casino-grade blackjack tables, the company has expanded its offerings. Now include an array of Vegas-style games such as  Roulette, Poker, and Craps. In 2008, Dylan Finn joined the team. Bringing fresh energy and a commitment to making every customer’s casino party experience memorable. In 2022, Alyssa Finn joined the family business as the office manager. She strives to make every customer experience remarkable.

Vegas on Wheels was everything I could have hoped for during my event! The giant marquee letters and cards made for the perfect photo opportunity that my guests loved! The dealers were all great! One dealer had the Big Wheel game and played with a lot of the kids at our event. Huge thank you to her! Highly recommend and thank you so much for making it a memorable evening!

We had Vegas On Wheels for our fundraising event. This was our first time holding a casino night and the Vegas team was excellent in helping us prepare! During the event itself, our guests were very pleased. The dealers were engaging, helpful, and fun! Even those guests who were not regular gamblers had a good time and the dealers helped them understand the game.

5-star rating all the way! We used Vegas on Wheels for our company holiday party. So professional, dealers were amazing. Friendly and helpful! All of the tables were in tip top shape and made you feel like you were in a real casino! We also rented their archway as a photo backdrop and the guys setting up, helped us with putting up our own black backdrop as well! We also booked the DJ through them. He was fabulous!!! Super professional and helpful. We had a roaring 20s theme and he played the perfect music during our cocktail hour as I had suggested. Song selection for the rest of the night was perfection. Lastly, working with Alyssa on all the upfront details was so easy. I had tons of questions and she was super helpful with answering everything quickly. Rave reviews from all of our employees as well!

Casino Party Rental FAQs

How does a casino party work?

Vegas on Wheels arrives early to set up all tables and equipment before your event starts. When guests arrive, they get a Casino Player’s Card with “funny money” (usually $500–$1000). They can use this card to get chips at any table. Guests can move between games and cash out their chips for vouchers. At the end of the night, these vouchers can be used for raffle entries, prizes, or just for fun; it’s your choice!

How long does a casino event last?

Our events usually last about three hours.  We find that’s the perfect time for fun and excitement. If you want to keep the party going, you can add extra time for an hourly fee per dealer.

Do you play with real money?

No, all games use fake money or chips, so no real gambling happens. It’s all about the fun. Whether guests play for prizes or just for fun, everyone enjoys the excitement of a real casino without any risk.

How far in advance should I book?

For corporate casino parties and fundraisers, we recommend booking 2-3 months in advance, especially for popular dates like holidays and weekends. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests. Please contact us to check availability.
