Starting with just 15 casino-grade blackjack tables, the company has expanded its offerings. Now include an array of Vegas-style games such as Roulette, Craps, and Poker. In 2008, Dylan Finn joined the team. Bringing fresh energy and a commitment to making every customer’s casino party experience memorable. Wow, Vegas on Wheels was awesome!! We hired them for my husband’s 60th Roaring 20’s Speakeasy Birthday Party. They made the night – the dealers were teaching my guests how to play craps and Texas Hold’em. I heard cheers – clapping and a few screams as the night went on. Every one of our guests complimented us on the dealers and told us how much fun they had.

How does a casino party work?
Vegas on Wheels will arrive to set up all tables and equipment before your event begins. When guests arrive, they’ll receive a Casino Player’s Card representing “funny money” (we recommend $500–$1000). This card can be exchanged at any casino table for chips. Guests are free to move between games and cash out their chips for vouchers. At the end of the night, these vouchers can be used for raffle entries or prizes or play for fun, it’s up to you!
How long does a casino event last?
Our events last around three hours, which we’ve found to be the sweet spot for fun and engagement. If you’d like to extend the party, we offer extra time at an hourly rate per dealer.
Do you play with real money?
No, all games are played with fake money or chips, so there’s no real gambling involved. It’s all about the experience, whether guests are playing for fun or for prizes, everyone enjoys the thrill of a real casino without the risk.
What if someone doesn’t know how to play?
Our dealers are all friendly and trained professionals. Our staff aims to entertain your guests and teach players of all skill levels about the game. This ensures that everyone learns, has fun, and experiences the festive casino night atmosphere.
How long does setup take?
Setup time depends on your venue and the number of tables ordered. On average, it takes about 15 minutes per table. We always arrive early to be fully set up before guests arrive. After the event, we break down quickly and quietly. Want us to wait until all guests have left? We can do that for a small additional fee.
Are casino parties legal?
Yes, absolutely. Casino parties are legal because they are for entertainment only. Vegas on Wheels is not a gambling operator, we provide a fun, prize-based experience using chips, not cash. You decide whether you want to award prizes to your winners at the end of the night.
