Wow, Vegas on Wheels was awesome!! We hired them for my husband’s 60th Roaring 20’s Speakeasy Birthday Party. They made the night – the dealers were teaching my guests how to play craps and Texas Hold’em. I heard cheers – clapping and a few screams as the night went on. Every one of our guests complimented us on the dealers and told us how much fun they had.

How does a casino party work?
Vegas on Wheels will set up before the casino party night begins. When your guests arrive, they will be given a Casino Players Card, which will represent “Funny Money” (we recommend $500- $1000) which they can exchange at any casino table for chips. Throughout the event, your guests will be able to move freely between tables with our cash-out vouchers.
At the end party, our dealers will add up the total number of chips and will give each guest a cash voucher. This cash-out voucher can then be used for options like raffle tickets, or prizes can go to the winners with the highest amount of chips at the end of the night, determined by the cash-out voucher.
What happens if someone doesn't know how to play?
No problem! Our friendly, professional dealers are there to teach the games and guide players of all skill levels. Whether you’re a beginner or need a refresher, we’ll make sure everyone feels comfortable, learns quickly, and enjoys the full casino night experience.
What are the sizes of the table and how many chairs do they require?
Here’s a quick guide:

How long does it take to set up?
It all depends on location, venue, and how many tables you have requested to determine amount of time for set up. Vegas on Wheels will set up before your guests arrive. On average, set up can take ten minutes per table. At the conclusion of the party, our staff will break down all of our equipment quickly and discreetly. For an additional cost, our staff will wait till all of your guests have left to breakdown.
How long does a Casino Party last for?
Most events run for 3–4 hours. We offer flexible rental times to fit your schedule, whether it’s a short fundraiser or a full evening of entertainment.
Are Casino Party's Legal?
Yes, casino parties are legal. It’s all for fun, with no real gambling involved. Vegas on Wheels is strictly an entertainment company and you are hiring us for casino night entertainment services. Your guests wager with casino chips and you will have the choice as the host if you would like them to win prizes at the end. There is no monetary requirement for them to participate. Guests of any age are allowed to play.
What types of casino games do you offer?
We offer all the classic casino games including blackjack, Texas Hold’em poker, roulette, and craps. Additional games and custom requests may be available upon request.
Do you provide dealers?
Yes! All rentals come with friendly, professional dealers who not only run the games but also help teach beginners and keep the energy high throughout the event.
Is real money used at casino night events?
No. Our casino parties are for entertainment purposes only and do not involve real gambling. Guests play with fun money or chips and compete for prizes, if you choose to include them.
